Rachel is reluctant to leave her life selling Fatheads-inspired ice cream, and Rocko must convince her to come back to O-Town and help reboot the series. Static Cling brings all of that same charm with a bit of a twist: the special takes place in the present. A beloved '90s Nickelodeon cartoon, it was known for its earnest charm, slapstick comedy, and social satire. It's been a hot, hot minute since Rocko's Modern Life was on air.
